About Dr Joanne Coysh
For over 20 years I have worked at the intersection of participation, leadership and change. My work is grounded in a simple principle: decisions are stronger, more legitimate and sustainable when shaped collectively.
I design and facilitate spaces where people can think together, speak honestly and take shared responsibility for what comes next. These spaces require courage, especially when power, uncertainty and conflict are present - but they are where meaningful change begins.

Different people,places & perspectives
I work with different groups and contexts globally and have many years of experience bringing diverse people together from diverse countries and cultures. I have worked and lived in Europe, Africa and Asia with broad experience of working with higher education education, international charities and organisations, government ministries and community groups. What connects all my work is the connection, curiosity and care which I bring to spaces.
Change is not forced. It arises through presence, relationship and shared sense-making.
