...and for over 20 years I have worked across communities, organisations, sectors and countries to design and host spaces of reflection, dialogue, creative thinking and storytelling.
Without pressure to perform or resolve, collectively, understanding deepens, trust is built and relationships strengthen. People begin to spark new insights, perspectives, ideas and approaches - where new ways of seeing and possibilities emerge.

Different people,places & perspectives
I work with different groups and contexts globally and have many years of experience bringing diverse people together from diverse countries and cultures. I have worked and lived in Europe, Africa and Asia with broad experience of working with higher education education, international charities and organisations, government ministries and community groups. What connects all my work is the connection, curiosity and care which I bring to spaces.
Change is not forced. It arises through presence, relationship and shared sense-making.
