These are emergent spaces where people can come together without pressure to perform or resolve - spaces that allow understanding to deepen, relationships to strengthen, and new possibilities to surface in their own time.
I’ve spent over twenty years designing and facilitating participatory and reflective processes across international development, higher education and complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.
